COB - I don't think we're too far apart. For the record - I don't think Woodson is a great coach, and maybe not even a good coach. I simply think his performance is not all that important. It's my opinion that coaching is highly overrated in the NBA. When Greg Popovich has talent he wins a lot, and when he didn't his teams lost a lot. Phil Jackson same thing. Pat Riley same thing. And on and on. Same thing goes for coaches perceived as mediocre - is Doc Rivers all of a sudden great, when before everyone thought he sucked? Is Mike Brown a much better coach this year than he was 3 years ago? I think the makeup of a team's roster has a far greater impact on its success than who is coaching a team. And....I can't think anymore about this....the end

The coach isn't as important as the roster, agreed.
...and the powers that be are letting me leave the office now so I'll leave it at that before they decide an all-nighter is in order.
