Al's offensive rebounding has saved us all night.

The Hawks defense really doesn't work against the Spurs.

Games like these really make me appreciate everything Big Al brings.
Josh was a liability on defense all night. Mo should of gotten more PT.

Also, games like these make me wonder why Marvin isnt included in the offense. I dont want him to get iso touches. I want him to touch the ball within the flow off the offense.
Is it to much to ask for a team that plays hard and cares? Seems so.

Horford got off to a horrible start but has had a huge game since then.

Smart play by Josh, Joe, and Marvin to get the ball out of danger there.

Just glad to win vs the Spurs. I swear, Ginobili must secretly hate us for some reason. Marvin played really well, and Horford always seems to do the small stuff that it takes to win. Good win, but I still wish we could play with 100% intensity throughout a game.

Is Pop. blind? It doesn't matter if Manu deflected it because Hill tried to save it before it went out of bounds regardless.

The Hawks defense sucked...but it always does vs SA. You can't switch every pick and roll when you are going against Parker or Manu. The most important thing is that the Hawks kept scoring consistently throughout the 2nd half & OT and they dominated the boards vs a good rebounding team. Those are 2 things they rarely do. That's why I think this was their best win in quite some time.

Just want to point out, when we reached a 6-pt lead in the 4th, that's when Woodson called for iso's the rest of the way - again - and we lost the lead - again. I don't care if it's Joe or Horford or even Marvelous on the iso's, it's stupid when we were looking so great moving the ball around.

Play isolation basketball when you only have 1 or 2 good offensive players; but when you have no weak spots MOVE THE BALL AROUND AND TAKE THE GOOD SHOT.

We only won tonight because SA wore out in overtime.
My mother told me, she said, "Elwood, to make it in this world you either have to be oh, so clever or oh, so pleasant." Well, for years I was clever; I recommend pleasant.

He's owning against guards, forwards not so much. I'm glad Woody is recognizing this and played him in lineups with a true SF while he dogged the hell out their guards.

I don't understand the complaints. The Hawks would have cruised against Toronto and Charlotte if they played with the kind of poise they showed tonight.

I gotta give Joe some credit for successfully passing out of the double teams late even if it took a dangerous dribble to the corner each time.
