We're talking to Earl Boykins? I don't get this one. I understand the desire to have another PG on the roster as it is risky to put too much faith in Jeff Teague being ready, but the playing style of Boykins doesn't seem to fit. He's a defensive liability and a gunner although not a great 3 point shooter. I find him to be more of a 5'5" shooting guard than a PG. You'd think we have enough for that role on this squad.

Yes the title was a weak joke, but for a team that will likely only sign the minimum number of players each move is magnified in terms of what we still lack.
