Calderon- Bargnani-alabi for Smoothe-Bibby
Jose-JT-JC
JJ-JC1-JC2
Marv- Evans
Al- Powell- Marvin
Bargnani- Zaza- Collins
not bad in terms of balance offense but losing big on the defensive end, (even though Calderon is a bit better than Bibby defensively).

Realize, I like the idea of Calderon. He's the pass-first PG who could have a mini'-Steve Nash effect on our superior athletes.
My mother told me, she said, "Elwood, to make it in this world you either have to be oh, so clever or oh, so pleasant." Well, for years I was clever; I recommend pleasant.

Agreed. I used to think that Bosh padded the assist numbers of his PG after Ford flopped in Indy ...but it's hard to argue with 10 assists 2.5 turnovers per 36 minutes on a team where Bargnani and Derozan are the 1st 2 options.

If there is any truth to this, I prefer to keep Mike Bibby even more like I mentioned earlier in this thread, because it provides us with more depth at the 1. I doubt a trade happens, but Jose's foot/ankle is a concern.
Jose Calderon (foot, ankle) "can barely walk" after a game, according to coach Jay Triano.
And no one will be happier to hear that than Jose Calderon, who averaged almost 36 minutes a game in Bayless’s absence, including a season-high 38 in Cleveland.
The increased workload is taking a physical toll — Triano said Calderon “can barely walk” after a game — but it hasn’t had an impact on Calderon’s productivity.
