Are the Hawks the 3rd best team in the East?

Atlanta and their management team are no better than 5th IMO. You aren't leapfrogging Boston or Orlando. Dwight will not be stuck with that team same roster next year. Boston will not stand pat either.
Its possible Philly blows right by us with that roster. If Indy gets a good coach, (Adelman, Shaw, Frank), then they may walk past us as well. There is more energy in both of those teams than what we have here.
We have numerous roster slots to fill, with at least 5 guys who will work for the minimum. Our top 8 is not going to put much fear in anyone. If Drew continues to play Josh outside and lets Kirk start ahead of Teague, the problems will only continue.
