Thoughts on a Pierce / Smooth swap?

If your gonna start Smith at the 3 why not have the better scorer / more natural 3 in Pierce. If the C's are willing to start KG / West at 4/5 why not KG / Smith.

I think this teams offseason is pretty much done. The only piece I expect Sund to add is a veteran backup point guard as insurance for Hinrich given that he is injured and also if Jeff Teague struggles in the starting role full time. Whether is will be signing Agent Zero or a sign and trade deal involving Jamal Crawford (Toney Douglas please!) are the only options available left that Sund can work with.
As much as I would love to trade for Paul or/and Howard, this is a pipe dream given this team's loser ownership group.

Depth chart looks like this:

SF: J. Smith, M. Williams
PF: A Horford, V. Radmanovic
C: J. Collins, Z. Pachulia
PG: J. Teague, K. Hinrich, Veteran PG*
SG: J. Johnson, T.McGrady

Rookies who will get no time: P Sy, M. Rolle, K.Benson
