I think he's just restating the fact that Dwight has never at any point publicly declared a desire to play in Atlanta.
In fact, he's stated the opposite (in very measured terms) on occasion publicly.
For monetary and championship purposes, Brooklyn, Los Angeles, Dallas and Houston still stand as better options.
(Seriously, don't underestimate the value of no state tax in Texas.)
