I also don't like Nascar or golf coverage so I get absolutely annoyed when I see it on ESPN or in the paper.....or I just tune it out or flip the page to something else. Rather easy, actually. Not bothering myself with things that are not to my liking rather than stopping by and telling people all over just how much it bothers me. Perhaps tonight I should stop by the King's board and post in a thread just how much I am not interested in their team and feel aggravated that they are pushing it upon me.

N his defense, I started the thread. He and I were having a candid conversation about a controversial topic.

Feel free to just aim your ire at me for bringing it up.

I thought we were capable of holding an adult conversation with differing views. I stand corrected.

I protested because I knew how this was going to turn out. I knew we'd either all have to talk about how wonderful this is or anyone dissenting would be condemned as a bigot. I just think society's wrong on this (and the world's 2 major religions agree with me) and we're glorifying a fatal lifestyle. This is something I feel I have to speak out on because people are dying.
