No. Hell No. Absolutely not. No chance.

Not a chance. We'd rather have a young prospect on a lower salary with higher upside.

Gortat is good but the salary issue is one that is a concern. trading a pick for Gortat basically means we are giving up on a big 3 team.

We are going to end up moving a couple of pieces with our limited current roster should we land CP3 and D12.

Teague, Horford, JJ, and our picks are up for negotiations.

DF is going to attempt to change the culture here and show top guys want to play here. Its either that or we dump the roster and retool for the 2014 draft. The latter appears to be tougher to pull off.

Gortat might be a good option, but lots of things have to be formulated before doing that. We have Teague that could be useful if the need to rejoin Gortat with D12 is needed.

Gortat would be, probably, Plan F, right after :
Plan A: Signing Howard/Paul
Plan B: Trading Smith to HOU for Asik (to help THEM sign Howard/Paul)
Plan C: Signing Pekovic
Plan D: Moving up to draft Lin or Adams
Plan E: Signing Al Jefferson

We'd be awhile before we got back to PHO for Gortat.
