The fact is you taking on Jennings/Monta gives us zero cap help and didn't matter at all to the bucks. If we got teague then both of them would be out(monta was already gone).
Parson just explained how an S&T for Teague would have allowed Milwaukee to use more of it's cap space (before the S&T) than you could have gotten via signing Teague outright, so no, it's not "a fact" that an S&T would have provided "zero" cap help. Is that a huge help if Milwaukee can't sign other free agents? I guess not, but it at least would have provided Milwaukee the opportunity to get more/better players. Good luck next year.

Yea, I was looking on the Bucks' board and they absolutely HATE Danny Ferry. His influence and Hammond's arrogance cost them Tobias Harris and now Danny matches Teague after reportedly making MIL wait for 2 extra days after making his decision. Although in Ferry's defense he was probably looking at all his option with Mo Williams ect in those days and probably didn't wait just for the sake of waiting.

Don't forget we were deep in trade talks for Monta before pulling out at the last second also. I doubt we ever have substantial trade talks with them again. D Ferry tends to renege quite often...

And they could have cleared 14 million in capspace if they had traded for Smith last year instead of trying to get him for pure trash.
