What??? Danny Granger was hurt last year. He only played like five games. Who is the better player when they both are healthy? Sometimes I feel like I am arguing with people that don't watch games at all on realgm: they only look at stats.

A healthy Granger is better than Teague all day and everyday. Now if you believe that Granger will never be fully healthy again then I get that you would not want to trade Teague. But I haven't read anything to make be think he will not.
Infact what I have been reading is making me feel he is good to go

]After missing most of last year, Granger has a renewed attitude and excitement towards the new season. Following the first practice, he was encouraged – and as confident as we have seen him over the last 12 months – by his performance. “For me, it went honestly better than I expected,” the All-Star forward said. “I felt great. “I went through the whole practice. I did all the sprints. I played the whole time. I didn’t have to sit out or anything so I definitely can feel (my conditioning) coming back.” NBA.com

So your argument for signing a guy who could only play 5 games last year and looked wretched in them is that he's self-promoting himself?

Everyone ever coming off an injury always claims that they 'never feel better.' 98.7152% of the time, they're full of it. Granger IMO is going to give you similar production to what Brandon Roy gave to Portland in his final season. That type of production is not worth trading Teague AND picks.

Furthermore... what exactly are we winning with your proposed roster? A playoff spot that we're already going to have? Does that roster make us suddenly better than Miami or Indiana or Brooklyn or New York?

Careful, guys. If a certain someone actually sees people posting in a thread, he'll lock it down.

Because, apparently, we do that now.

That seems like a petty shot, especially since that other thread was going nowhere fast

Mike, let's just say I am EXTREMELY uncomfortable with the precedent it sets. I've been posting on this board for the better part of a decade. I've seen a handful Admins come and go.

Locking the thread altogether is generally the last resort of the admin, not the first action taken. Particularly when said thread is literally the only active thread on the board.

If he had issue with some of the commenters and the statements being made, then address them directly. Give a warning. I'm not comfortable with simply shutting down everything because one person says so.

PJA and HMFFL never had to resort to such tactics.
