Jeff Teague
Looking like this is the year he will get All-Star recognition, he might make the team but he will be labeled as one of the bsest PG's in the League, dude is looking real good, and I think the added weight has helped him he is attacking the rim very strong.

Teague came out of the gates pretty good last year too though. His highs are as good as any one in the league's, but he doesn't play that way every night. He'll need to improve on his consistency before he'll be talked about in that air. If he's even @ 17/8 (he's over 20/10 now) after 6 weeks, then he'd deserve any accolades that come his way... and I'd be very happy.

Re: Jeff Teague
If he can maintain just half of his current FT rate with perhaps the return of his 3 ball he just might sustain this scoring average but alas, sample size. Half the team has PERs in the 20s after these 2 games.

He is going to see a bump in assist numbers on the strength of Josh Smith being gone and no other real playmaker on the team. His scoring is going to be totally dependent on if he gets calls at the rim or not. This team is still going to be a different offensive star every night type of team in my eyes.

Not having to share starter's minutes with Devin Harris could possibly make a big difference with Teague. This year, it's his offense - with Schröder as backup only.
My mother told me, she said, "Elwood, to make it in this world you either have to be oh, so clever or oh, so pleasant." Well, for years I was clever; I recommend pleasant.
