Thanks. Those weren't the Lakers I'm familiar with. I know Bryant and Gasol but, then, there're these fellers I've never seen start before. Hill looks good ... but the rest of them? Of course, tomorrow you'll trade Henry for LeBron James and Meeks for Kevin Love and go off on another run.

Do you guys remember when the hawks were supposedly interested in M. D'Antony as a HC. Boy, sometimes the best moves for a franchise are the ones that never happen. I'm surprised the Lakers have won 11 games in a tough western conference.

Gotta love this win, really solid play overall. This was really needed after that 27 turnover game against the Knicks.

I was gonna defend Mike D'Antoni.

Remind you that his Laker team (minus Kobe) beat us just a few weeks ago.

State that though they play in a DRASTICALLY tougher conference than us, they're only a couple losses behind us.

And state that they actually won more games than us last year despite injuries to Kobe, Gasol and Nash....

Or bring up that we've had tough losses to the likes of Washington, Boston and New York this season.

But, I'm not gonna do that. I'll just say....

Good Point.

Their bigs shot over 78% against us last night (18-23).

Not that I'm saying a big, strong defense-minded Center would have helped us (although Elton Brand was golden for us for 17 minutes)...

To be fair. The Boston loss was our 4th game in 5 nights with it being home, away, home, away. The boys were handling the Celtics, up by 10 at the end of the 3rd, before their legs gave out on them in the 4th quarter. Shot 38% on the night as a team and only scored 13 in the fourth.

The Wizards loss was our 8th game in 12 days. I dobut there are many teams that will have to face 8 games in 12 days this year. Especially the star teams which the league likes to pander to schedule-wise. Ariza and Webster catching fire from 3, combined 10/15, didn't help the cause either.

I do agree that the 2 losses to the Knicks and the loss to the Magic were bad losses though.
