You came all the way over here just to show your rear end? I guess you haven't had many blowout wins as a Raptors' fan, huh?
My mother told me, she said, "Elwood, to make it in this world you either have to be oh, so clever or oh, so pleasant." Well, for years I was clever; I recommend pleasant.

It's a difficult case. The team was clearly in good position to get the 3rd spot, but now, too much injured players to fight for 3rd to 7th spot.

The good point is some injuries allow to see what a player can do, like Antic once Al was injured, and it certainly gave him a boost too. But now, he's also injured, and we are worst.

The only thing that would be a good reason to tank even for the 9th spot is if the difference between a 14th pick and a 16-17th pick can help us make a better trade around the draft, and I'm sure about that.

Do we know what happened to Millsap? Rathburn said they were looking at his wrist but then I didn't hear anything else. If Millsap's out, how are we going to be sellers?

But it's going to be hard to get into the lottery after the start we had.

I think Millsap is fine. I haven't seen the AJC Hawks beat writer say anything about it or the Hawks official Twitter say anything about it

CBS Sports' nightly grades:

F
Nothing against him, but when Gustavo Ayon is leading you in points and rebounds, it's probably not an awesome night for your team.

That about sums it up.

Goose's performance yesterday was maybe the only silver lining in that game: he really impressed me and proved that he does deserve minutes even when Antic comes back. I'd like to keep him as a backup C for the next couple of years.
