The guy has done an incredible coaching overseas. There are many speculations out there that include him as a strong candidate for an assistant coach position for the warriors, timberwolves, and hawks. Any real chance he joins coach Budd for the hawks? And do you think he will be a successful assistant coach paired with Budd? Thoughts on the guy?

It would be a coup if we could fill the void created by Quin leaving with Blatt. I'll temper any excitement though so as to not have any feelings of disappointment later.

I think blatt goes to the spurs. Could be unrelated but Coach Pop even used an israeli expression in his post-game interview tonight.

Sadly, Blatt never really gave much consideration to becoming an assistant here in ATLANTA. His final choices were between CLE as a HC or Golden State as a top assistant.

We'll see how this plays out. I suspect this could effect what decision Kyrie makes this summer as well. Depending on the impression Blatt leaves on him when they (inevitably) meet.

if he can translate success in the US i could see him as a future Spurs coach. Where else can he yell at people and be real hard nosed coach euro style?
