Another problem I have is that if it only took two future 2nds to get washington from #19 to #15 then why couldn't we give up #50, #59, and the 17' MIN 1st WITH #15 to swoop in at #9 or #10 for Winslow.

Because the teams at 9 and 10 weren't interested in trading. They have to want to actually trade. Word is Celtics were offering Sully and 6 picks to move up to #9 to take Winslow, Charlotte didn't bite because the guy they wanted Kaminsky was there.

Since other teams haven't accepted any of Boston's offers tells me their 'assets' aren't as good as BOS makes them out to be.
Draft picks don't guarantee you success for playoff teams.

I am of sound mind that you never deal with the Lakers or Celtics. Let them build their franchises back without your help and your assets.
