Great find.

Nice to see (hear) Wes getting facetime as the primary decision-maker for the Hawks. (Even if he isn't.)

The title of GM comes with certain responsibilities and expectations and he needs to become a more prominent voice for the organization.

-Wes calls their approach a compromise between a full-rebuild & superstar model. A 'middle-build'. (13:50 minute mark) Seems wise.

-He acknowledges they haven't made all the right decisions, but re-iterates their willingness to learn from and move on. Refreshing to hear them acknowledge missteps. (13:00 minute mark)

-Wilcox indicates Dennis was viewed essentially as a another starter at PG even last year. He also repeats that having both on the roster, fighting for minutes, really took away from each player. (19:15 minute mark)

-WW declines to go into too much detail into negotiations with AL. (Illuminating.)

-WW indicates they fully intend to re-sign Millsap last season.

-He also mentions the franchise is still pursuing their own D-League franchise.
