C-Viv: Regarding the point-guard situation, you are only carrying two on the roster after releasing Jarrett Jack. I know the organization has preferred to carry three point guards in the past. Are you comfortable with just Dennis Schroder and Malcolm Delaney at the position?

Wes Wilcox: Certainly not how we intended this to play out. Jarrett’s a true professional. This one was especially difficult for us because of the respect we have for Jarrett, his representatives.

But this was really about a couple of things. We had to make the very difficult decision to keep more front-line help versus the point-guard depth. Certainly, it’s a tough decision but one we felt we had to make.

So wait. If the main reasons Jack was waived were because of his slow recovery time plus depth concerns with our rotation of big men...what OTHER player with a guaranteed contract was set to be waived instead?

Peachtree Hoops has speculated (in multiple Podcasts) for weeks that Edy was likely to be let go. There's also reason to believe that Mike Scott, with his lingering legal woes, could be dealt or waived.

That's kind of a big deal, either way. Right?

Based on the play of Mike Muscala who seems to be taking over Scott's spot. Mike Scott.
C-Viv also reporting that Scott was held out of practice today - sore knee.
I think this is the roster to start the season, as the season goes on, trades may be available.
