Hey, I'm an 'idea' guy. I'll leave the particulars up to you folks. :)

Seriously, as @jayu suggests, they don't really have anything of value for us so we're not really a match. I was really just speaking philosophically.

This is why we have three way trades. Who knows the third team and what do we get? Interesting thoughts !
Hawks are making tankers nervous. We now have a duplicate records with Orlando. When do we shed some
of those veteran players who are making us too good to be bad?

Personally, I hope we keep Dedmon and rookie Cavanaugh. Belly Nelly is a more than adequate sharpshooter
that someone must have a hankering for. Moose, coming back from injury and doing well, would please my
adopted grand daughter here to see gone.

Our starting PG, called "The Skunk" by my 55 year old son, because of the streak, is still learning to live in
the USA and play in the NBA. Some wish to trade him away. Are you sure?

First of all, I see now why I'm not your Hawk-grandkid like spud and jbird. Your son is almost as old as my dad! :o

Ah well, guess I'll have to settle for being the disowned, Hawk-greatgrandson that nobody talks about at the family reunions. :)

On Dennis, let me clarify. I don't want to trade him but, in response to the sentiment that others want him gone, I hope he ends up in a situation like SA. I think he can be their answer to 'who follows Tony'. He's certainly better than Murray who seems like more of a Shaun Livingston type. Can help you win but not 'offensive' enough to start.

:D

Kgo1 - - This is why I can claim to be the oldest rat in the barn. So far, no one has challenged me.

Between Mother Nature and Father Time, I'm hoping the Hawks hurry up and get to be great. I want
to watch them win bunches of games and they can't do this and tank for their super star. If they don't
get him in the next draft, fans are going to be disappointed. Therefore, it's tank or die trying!

With our latest win, Orlando and Atlanta are now tied for the worst record in the NBA. - :banghead:

Tanking sure is hard !!

Never thought I'd see graymule embrace the tank so enthusiastically! I tell you what, these Hawks are doing it right. Playing pretty well, losing by less than 5. This isn't a horrible team.

Gotta admit, this year has gone well as can be expected so far. Not good enough to make any run at a pointless 8th seed and not too bad to be unwatchable.

Return to Atlanta Hawks
