Prince is still growing and learning. He's still not there. If you believe it's impossible for him to improve, I'm sorry.
Our head coach is a rookie himself. He did some work with Prince while he was out.

No, with the exception of Vince, all our players are young. Sure, more draft picks (rookies) are coming. We will
find some vets in due time. Be patient. Slowly and surely the Hawks grow.

I'm not sure what you mean: the Hawks are still rebuilding, and need more talent while still developing the young players. This team isn't at a 'fill in the gap' stage.

Rebuilding teams generally need veterans to get them to a competitive stage.

Rebuilding teams needs the RIGHT type of vets. Hawks are competitive (most games), they just aren't in the winning stage yet - big difference. When the young guys show they are close to at least winning games with consistency and competing for the playoffs, that's when you add high priced vet FAs.
High priced vets (the good ones) rarely teams that ate in year 1 of the rebuild. Yes, it is Year 1 (our 1st with our own lottery pick), last year was the tear down.
