This coach is awesome and anyone who thinks he is just an interim coach just doesn't know basketball period!

I'm very impressed. Very.

I'm also not willing to ignore history.

Call me a cynic.

One doesn't get measured by how he gets through a period when expectations are as low as we've just experienced.

To the contrary, one gets measured by how successful he appears to be at winning when winning is an expectation... and moreover, winning big when winning big is the expectation.

I'd like to think we've struck gold.

But I'm not one to ignore history, so I'm not going to embrace a sunshine pumping effort just yet.

Haha. Kill 'im, peo.

Only part that didn't impress me was the first word I hear from calOmari is an expletive.

All good. As I said.

And you?

How about "caution to the wind optimist?"

It's wordy, and as kg knows as well as anyone, I like that. ;)

So, given that "pragmatic" adjective, and its tie to the idea of being grounded in history... I take it @Hazer that we're of like-mind here?

I'mma head into this offseason with my Hawk Rose Colored Glasses bright red!
It's time for us to get something really, really good!

If we don't - I'm still gonna be rootin' tootin' for my Hawks!

Return to Atlanta Hawks
