I would rather close the game with ...

Lin
Collins
Vince
Hurt
Trae

Hunter can earn their 4th quarter minutes as the season goes on. Red will probably need a full year of experience before getting 4th quarter minutes.

Lin is no longer a Hawk. Even if he was I’m not playing him at center.

Sorry, Len.

Actually, I’d rather start Lin at center on second thought. Len sucks. Why did he miss that wide open 3 from the corner ughhhh

Sixer's tripled teamed Trae on the last play. If I was Lloyd, in the next practice, I would run 30 plays where I would double Trae on a full court play and see if Hurt, Hunter, Collins, and Len can get better ball movement for a decent looking 3.

the Sixers board game thread is an embarrassment. 26 pages of people complaining about the refs.

My biggest pet peeve are the fans here who constantly blame refs. I think I can count 1-2 games all last year where I felt the reffing was unfair and even then I sure didn't feel the need to whine about it non stop.

The ref was aggressive with the calls but Philly played extremely aggressive and had too as Trae was a pain in their ass all game long

This.

And shakes, lemme guess, they were all whiny about the flagrant-2? As Nique said, why put yourself in that position (if you're Mike Scott)? He left the refs with no option but to toss his butt.

And I wonder how they felt about the no-call on Simmons 2-hand shove on Hunter which should've negated the Embiid dunk?

And I wonder how they felt about Trae rightfully being called for an offensive foul on his 3pt attempt?

And I wonder how they felt about the free throw numbers being about equal despite this supposed advantage we were given?

And when was the last time the league did the Hawks any favors w.r.t. ref calls anyway?

Like you said, it's a ridiculous notion and it's dismissive of the fact that we went toe-to-toe with the supposed "clear" EC favorite.

But hey, if I were them {slooooow sip of my tea}, I'd be scared o' us too. We're clearly on the come and we're ahead o' schedule. Folks better hope we don't make the playoffs or somebody gonna get upset .... 8-)

I do wonder how much PT Reddish would be getting if Crabbe was healthy and in the good graces of the team...

they bitched about the Scott ejection a little, but the whining about the refs went on throughout their entire thread. Pathetic.

Reffing evens itself out over the course of a most games and definitely over the course of an entire season. It's pathetic to complain about refs unless you are also praising the refs during the stretches when your team gets the benefit of the calls.

I don't respect posters here who complain about reffing. When I see that I see a poster who doesn't understand the game of basketball enough to critique what they are watching.

Plus they have to understand being physical with Trae was clearly part of their gameplan. It should surprise no one that he drew fouls. That was their plan. Duh.

Crabbe is a pro and he comes ready to ball. I’m actually hoping we can showcase him here and there before the deadline. I love his shooting though, he’s got a nice sweet looking stroke. He is going to blend in well with Trae.

To me, Crabbe is a poor man’s RIP Hamilton. He knows how to come off screens and play off the ball which is basically most of his game anyways.
