Russell Westbrook (strained right quadriceps) will miss "at least" the first few playoff games according to Jonathan Feigen of the Houston Chronicle. 

Westbrook underwent an MRI that revealed the strain, and he could miss more than just "a few" playoff games as a result. James Harden's usage, which is high to begin with, will be even higher with his sidekick sidelined. Eric Gordon (ankle), who returned to action Wednesday, will fill the resulting void in the starting lineup while Austin Rivers' usage with the second unit stands to increase.
