Bembry a Raptor

Post#1 » by Spud2nique » Mon Nov 23, 2020 5:32 am

2 years 4 mill. Despite never loving him due to some inadequacies on offense, he always brought a man style defense specially when he was feeling it. Wish him the best north of the border.

Yeah, Bembry is a good guy. Happy to see him get a deal with another team

I wish him the best. I'm glad he's still surviving the league and making a paycheck. I hope he continues to improve.

We drafted him 21st overall in what was a very weak draft.

Pascal Siakam went 27th.

Wish him the best too, appreciated his energy and defense. Would have prefer to see his offensive game improved and stay with the team

Seemed like a nice guy, but there's a reason my wife and I called him Bumbry whenever he got into a game.

Good riddance.

I think they’ll give him a small, well defined role off the bench and he’ll do fine. I think we asked him to do a little too much.

Class act. Was always rooting for him. Still will, albeit on a limited basis.

We’re pumped for him at that price after losing Ibaka and Gasol. Will do well with Baynes in our big rotation and will get minutes.

Love the moves you made hope the Hawks done match Bogdan. Hope to see you in the playoffs.

First, Bembry always seemed like a good dude. Glad to see him get another opportunity to continue his career.

Bembry highlights, for me, are that one game he shut down Harden in the 2nd half. And that one game he and Marcus (not so)Smart got into it. In true tough guy fashion, Smart waited 'til there were like 8 dudes between them to do the whole 'hold me back, don't let me go' routine.

But Bembry's a guard, not a big. May be TOR's Terence Davis insurance in case he gets suspended or more.
