Rondo being sued (Updated with Video)

Lame. This lady sounds like a liar check out this story.

Jorshari says the push "was so violent and forceful that [Jorshari's] sandal shoe flew off her foot and her keys which she held in her hand flew out of her hand and broke into two pieces when the key fell onto the ground."

Once she was on the ground, Jorshari claims Rondo's girlfriend "proceeded to repeatedly physically attack [Jorshari] by striking her in the area of her head and upper body."

Jorshari claims she did not fight back -- and insists it was Rondo who gave his GF the "green light" to attack in the first place.

My keys have never fell so hard that they’ve broken into 2 pieces. Matter of fact I haven’t even seen that $hit in a cartoon. This lady needs to get a life and stop suing people. Counter sue this trick.

I watched the video this morning on TMZ. I have to admit it does not look good for Rondo's girlfriend. They should probably just settle before it goes too far with lawyer bills.

looking at the video a few things are clear. One, the lady is parked illegally. She's clearly parked in a "spot" that is supposed to remain open based on the lines on the ground under her car. Is that because Rondo's car is in a handicapped spot? Hard to tell, but I think not based on the other similarly marked spots to the right of Rondo's car. If those were handicapped, they would have an open spot next to them as all handicapped spots do.

So she is clearly parked illegally and way too close to Rondo's car. i doubt he could even open his driver side door in that position.

The nudge he gives her is more to separate the two girls as opposed to trying to attack her.

This lady apparently has filed more lawsuits than me and I'm a PI attorney.

Rondo's attorney said he was parked in a handicapped spot, but because of his broken thumb, and because of this, and the fact the other woman refused to wear a mask, Rondo tried to separate them one time but not after.

Don't know if you can park in a handicapped spot for a broken thumb, but sure the other was not allowed to be parked where she was, and if she had not refuse the move his car, their would have been nothing. It looks like she wanted a conflict, maybe knowing it was filmed.

Yup. This lady wanted to Sue from the beginning. I hope she gets nothing and they countersue her troublemaking a$$!
