Trae has seemingly adjusted to all the length and defensive attention from Philadelphia and continued to shine.

Let’s hope the rest of These guys can offer some help tonight.

Do you think this is

1. Sustainable

2. Do you think his not foul drawing scoring is good enough to score on guys who are serious defenders with time to prepare for him

The data is in and the answer is a resounding YES.

I think the question has to be asked again...

This offensive adjustments have been sub par compared to Miami's defensive adjustments.

Unfortunately, we're playing with zero Capela and half a healthy Collins. That's a lot on offense and defense.

Miami is just doing what any other team in the league would do. Make sure Trae doesn't beat them. This is why I say this teams needs another guy in the lineup that can carry on offense. Guys like Huerter, Hunter, Gallo, and Bogi are good to have as 3rd options(particularly Bogi/Gallo), but aren't always consistent. Which leaves us stuck on the carousel looking for someone to have a big game. Again, that's good for your 3rd option, but not good enough to carry your offense when you need it. As we're seeing now, a team just needs to make sure Trae is having an off night, and bet on the other guys not being able to make up for it.
