Kevin Durant, TJ Warren Traded To Suns For Mikal Bridges, Cam Johnson, Jae Crowder, Several Draft Picks

The Brooklyn Nets are trading Kevin Durant and TJ Warren to the Phoenix Suns for Mikal Bridges, Cam Johnson, Jae Crowder, four first-round draft picks, and a 2028 pick swap.

The unprotected picks are in 2023, 2025, 2027 and 2029, according to Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN.

Durant was reportedly looking for a move, with Mat Ishbia looking to complete the deal on Wednesday night.

Durant reportedly had a strong interest in getting traded to the Suns when he asked for a trade last summer. Chris Haynes of Bleacher Report adds that the trade was a collaborative effort from Durant and the Nets, and the two sides part ways on good terms.

There is optimism that Durant can return from his MCL injury following the All-Star break. Link
