As much as we complain about Ressler...Ishbia might be worse. Cause he believes he's the smartest man in the room.

Just a clip of Wembanyama scaring fully adult NBA players away from the rim over and over again.

I remember a decade ago when analytics experts told us that post ups were inefficient and no longer considered good basketball. An entire generation of American Big men were cast out because of it.

Now Jokic post ups are the most unstoppable play in the NBA.
In large part because 300 pound post defenders were essentially cast out of the NBA.

I think his ability to handle the ball and make passes from the post also adds to that versatility.

The TNT crew was one of the most genuine crews I have worked with. I gave those studios 14 years of my life. I'd hate to see them go.

I imagine this news, though unsurprising, is still a bitter pill to swallow.

Any thoughts you'd like to share?

Donovan Mitchell, among other key players, did not have great confidence in J.B. Bickerstaff moving forward as the Cavaliers’ head coach, per
@ShamsCharania
(https://nytimes.com/athletic/5508650/2024/05/23/cavaliers-fire-j-b-bickerstaff-coaching-search/).

Bickerstaff will be paid $10 million from Cleveland over the next two years.

And Mitchell probably gets traded. I have no reason to believe he stays in Cleveland.

J.B. Bickerstaff will find another job but his players let him down.

If this were to go through, there seems a decent chance John Collins would be included in this trade.

JC's screening, rebounding, rim running would be perfect on the Warriors.

No surprise here.
He physically went after teammates and he continues to run his mouth. That's a big no-no on a Pat Riley team.
