I see you Taurean, very efficient shooting in the last 6 quarters. Trae gotta clean up the church league turnovers. Aminu picking your rock 38 feet from the hoop ain’t cool.

Do mine eyes deceive me? The Hawks winning a turnover battle? I guess it would be the Blazers out-turn-over-ing the Hawks after all.

Getting better PG and bench play in the second half plus keeping the bigs out of third-quarter foul trouble oughta help Atlanta squeak this one out.

Go Hawks!

Trae with the cross-court behind-the-back bounce pass hockey assist out the extended trap. What in the f&@k.

Seemingly back near his crazy driving and finishing pace he was on early in the season. He looks a step quicker knowing help defenders are staying with their man to prevent getting beat by his passing.

If Prince keeps playing like this, I see no reason to trade him. He's been playing well.

Love Spelmans feel. Nice reposition wide open in the corner but Len didn’t see him. Always keeps his hand connected to his man in the paint so he can feel, manipulate, and box him.

Lin got real estate in the middle of the paint. Dude just be chilling. Cold blooded three by Trae, wished Taurean could’ve found his hot hand instead of the airball at the buzzer. Let’s Go.

Man if I hear James Harden name in the same breath with Mike again.

We in it folks. Down 3 to start the 4th. Collins is unreal with the dribble drive for a power forward and that corner 3 wow. Trae is tough minded, understatement.

I think tonight is the night McCollum puts the Blazers on his shoulders and becomes #2 again although Jusuf turned out to be much better than I projected.

We catch a break with the oaktown hometown (mine) boy out. The rest of this road trip might be tough for the young guys. Let’s see what they got!

GO HAWKS!!!

Blazers 117
Hawks 108

McCollum 37 points 7 dimes
Nurkic 17 points 12 boards

Collins 27 and 9
Trae 22 and 8

Ps yes indeedy happy birthday VC!

Aye, guess what McCollum's spirit animal is?

Woodchuck. Get it? Would chuk ...

I'm here all week, tip your dolfans.

Why would u even...my chuck...

Trae's effort on D is worlds better than before.

If Trae gets a quality block I really don’t give a damn what else he does. Loving his approach. Quickly realizing how his floor game can fuel his offense. Ran into a screen as hard as I’ve seen, gonna earn him some illegal screen fouls drawn later.

Not known for his rebounding but nice back to back traffic boards for Taurean.

Ouch. That Curry 3 was the dagger I think. Still have a slim chance though.

LP is cool customer.

With about seven minutes left in game , Vince hits a three to make it a one point game

Blazers take timeout and sub in starters McCollum Aminu and Nurkic

LP subs out the core Trae/Collins/Huerter for Lin/Dedmon/Bembry

With Taurean and Vince remaining

It did or work out well for Hawks but still I never hate LPs choices

Damn. Can’t be mad at Seth making himself into a rotation player. McCollum fell off a bit last year after he got paid but he seems to be back on the sh@t I became a fan of.

Yup. Learning to be opportunistic, present, and active. Will never be All-Defense but doesn’t have to be as long as you’re in sync with the team, giving resistance and helping drain the shot clock. I expect him to draw many more charges next season with some added muscle.

No Damian, and we get beat by Seth Curry. Ugh.
