Donovan Mitchell and Evan Mobley the only untouchables in Cleveland?
Chris Fedor: I think the two untouchables are Donovan Mitchell and Evan Mobley. And like I have been getting the sense that like the Cavs would be more willing to entertain and at least consider possibilities for Jared Allen and Darius Garland than they have in the past. Now that all comes down to it’s got to be the right deal. It’s got to be the right pieces coming back that the Cavs believe would be a step forward as opposed to just a lateral move or a step back. Like I don’t think they’re in a situation um where they’re saying to themselves, we got to shed this salary. Like we need to find a dumping ground for Darius Garland’s contract or Jared Allen’s contract.

I get more and more intrigued to see if the new Celtics ownership will run the team into the ground.

Raptors not interested in Domantas Sabonis
Doug Smith on Domantas Sabonis: I’ve never heard his name in a conversation with anybody involved with the Raptors for a year and a half. They’re pretty happy with Jakob Poeltl with two years left in his deal at 20 million a year. Sabonis is a great player. No question about it. But I’ve never heard his name linked to Toronto. Anybody who I’ve talked to in the Raptors front office has never talked as a guy as that they would like to pursue.
