Seems all the eggsperts are doing their best Neon-Deion Sanders impression backpeddling off the predictions of greatness for the '6ers.
Whaaat, Embiid is hurt? Who saw that coming? Uhhh, everybody who was paying attention. That's who.

You're taking a lot of joy in this aren't you?![]()
My fear with them missing out on the playoffs yet again, they could end up with two lottery picks to add to that core.![]()
If they walk out with Mikal Bridges and/or Jaron Jackson, Jr...It'll be real difficult to get past that.

I remember that GB thread and you were so right (you should bump it upkg01 wrote:Jamaaliver wrote:kg01 wrote:Funny ...

Is it that obvious?![]()
I mean, I was fistfighting with '6ers fans on the GB who were clearly looking for this team to go 83-0. I kept saying, uh, Joel's gonna play like 50 games at best. JOkafor's gonna be check'd out or traded. Fultz is a rookie, on and on and on. How was their over/under set at like 43 games? It made no sense.
So, yes I do take a bit of joy in their struggles. And I'm not concerned with them finding success in the lottery. They needed like 7 cracks at it to find the 2 that appear closest to actually working out. And, if I'm being honest, I don't put Embiid in the 'worked' column until he can play a full season so I call them 1 for 7 right now.

In Tuesday’s game in Toronto, Adebayo finished with 16 points, 15 rebounds, three assists and five blocks in 33 minutes. The performance included new career-highs in rebounds and blocks.
If all of that isn’t encouraging enough, Adebayo also logged extended minutes alongside starting center Hassan Whiteside for the first time this season. Adebayo and Whiteside played 14 minutes and Miami posted a strong defensive rating of 77 points allowed per 100 possessions.
with the way Adebayo played Tuesday, it’s going to be hard to keep him off the court.

I loved every minute of it. Lotta bandwagon scrub fans in the Bay Area ...today they will be a lil less annoying. BTW the new warrior fan base is just hilarious....I swear they don't even know a little Warrior history...Dampier? Foyle? I'm not asking for Winston Garland or Manute folks....ah nevermind ....just go out and buy your dumb scrub gear and put the hat on sideways looking like the douche you are...lol...sorry that got away from me fast..

If Cleveland continues to play no defense put some money on Boston or Toronto to represent the Eastern Conference.
