Jayson Tatum is my comparison.
Zacch needs the ball in his hands and he can create for himself. The Klay comparison makes sense but I have always seen better than Klay in Zacch.

Some of them do that, especially with young players. They want to set an example for the rest of the team by yelling at you, even if it’s not warranted. That, I don’t like. But if I mess up, I own it. I’ll take the yelling. That’s fair. I messed up — you let me know. But don’t yell at me just to make a point to someone else.”

To an extent, this was and still is the case. He's showing glimpses of Klay Thompson, and for me, Klay was a low-end star player. For a #1 overall pick, that would be a low ceiling, and maybe he's not the most boring 1st overall pick, but he was a "boring" pick for him to be the #1 pick in a draft.

That said, I'm probably splitting hairs. Wasn't a huge fan of the pick initially, but I have come around. I'm glad we're starting to see him get more and more comfortable on the floor. The chemistry with Dys and Trae looks very smooth. Didn't realize how quick his release was, but it's certainly a weapon we need to be utilizing more. Solid defender overall on and off. Hopefully he hits the weight room hard this summer. Another 10ish pounds of muscle would be nice to see on him. Would also help if he could develop a little bit of a post game.

I really don't see how Castle gets ROTY when him and Zacch are roughly the same statistically, but Zach has played in slightly less minutes and shot the ball less.
