But man...Demarre and Horford gone in a few months time. That's a lot of leadership to lose in a brief time.

Millsap is a man, a leader.

Korver is consummate professional.

That's it.

Teague still speaks/behaves in a manner that makes me question him. Tiago doesn't have much cachet in the locker room. Dennis...is still very immature. Don't even get me started on Thabo's poor decision-making.

And Howard is such a diva. Man.

I'm on the fence about this. We need what he brings to the table. But D12 is such a headache.

What do you guys think? Would we whether rather have Howard and Horford paired together at last.

Or is Howard & Millsap the clear superior pairing?

Or just more Horford - Millsap FTW?

Bad back, bad knees, bad attitude, bad teammate, bad freethrow shooter - pass all day on Dwight.

D12 isnt half the player he was 4 years ago doe.

Hes 30, hes a late game liability. He cant shoot free throws. Hes a locker room cancer anywhere he goes. HUGE TALENT UPSIDE, huge head case downside.

All of this is true...

But do you remember what he did last playoffs?

17 ppg 14 rpg 3 bpg vs Dallas
16 ppg 14 rpg 2 bpg vs LAC (He had 4 games of AT LEAST 20 ppg 10 rpg)
14 ppg 14 rpg 2 bpg vs GSW

he is flawed...but he could feast in the East man.
Do we believe Mozgov and Tristan would punk D12 the way they pushed Horford and Millsap last spring?

Or would Bud encourage Dwight to start jacking up 3 pointers left and right? LOL

I'm okay with Dwight. As long as the price is low. so what, Splitter for Dwight??? Anything more than that is a 'no' for me.

Hard to believe that anything is a "done deal" right now. I trust Kamla but haven't seen anything else saying it's done.

Kings have made Caron Butler available...

Seems like he could be a solid addition.

35 years old, not really anything I want to give up to get him, hes not a game changer, we already have VET leadership here. hes not better than Bazemore/Thabo so he wouldnt get any minutes.

It would be (According to Kamla)
Mike Scott
Mack
Horford

to make the salaries work. No thanks. Trading would be to sell tickets, it wouldnt make the team better long term, and it would make me question Buds GMing even more.

We already had a Josh Smith here, lets not bring in D12 who is just as bad, maybe worse considering how much talent he has (and hes done NOTHING with it).

Bucks fan here. Thoughts on a Teague and Splitter for Henson, Mayo, Carter-Williams and 2017 1st (top 10 Protected) deal?

At this point, I don't think anyone on our roster is untouchable. Not with the way we've played since March...

But you're going to have to give up more value than a protected pick and bench caliber players.

We need a wing player. You have three nice ones.

If you want an All-Star PG in his prime on a great contract...it's going to cost you Middleton, Jabari or Giannis.

Based on age, we can assume Giannis and Jabari are off the table.

Teague, Korver & Splitter for Middleton and Henson works by the numbers. Maybe some protected draft picks thrown in to even things up.

You're not going to acquire our best trade asset without giving up value. But with a vet PG and a lights out 3 point shooter, your team suddenly isn't as offensively inept.

Hawks with Dennis, Bazemore, Middleton, Milsap and Horford would become a defensive juggernaut.

I think this is fair value and would be on board with this trade.

I would be interested in Dennis for Covington and Canaan and their 23rd pick from the Sixers.

The value is solid, but Bringing in Knight at SG or as a high priced backup PG just doesn't make much sense for us. Not when we have Teague as starter on a better contract.

For all our struggles, we're still a top 3 team n the conference.

You might need to include a third team. Maybe CHI or Houston or Brooklyn.

Our needs remain: defensive backup big men, scoring wing players, three point specialists
