I do really like the idea of trading back from #22 to grab more picks and get some cheap depth at positions of need.

Especially if #13 is included in trade for a veteran.

With Fields gone we need to value our future second round picks because we wont have another one until 2027 and 2029 thanks to the trade with Cleveland.

We will have our OWN second round pick again in 2030.

We gave up 5 second round picks for Saddiq Bey.

We sent three to the Clippers when we acquired Terance Mann. 3yrs, $16m per year left on his contract.

We're not getting a shot at Cooper Flagg or Dylan Harper.

But if we were to make a franchise altering trade to move into the top-5, Tre Johnson is the kid I'd target.

He gives all the scoring of a Trae Young with better size, better defense and a hint of the playmaking as well.
