I hope Trae averages 20 shots a game but I need to see his % from the field to be respectable.

IIUC, this metric indicates that Trae is essentially a dominant force when he's the only 'small guard' on the court at any time.
That +6.5 Net RTG is in the 96th percentile.

He needs to get his floater back on point. I think McMillans mid-rangeyness messed with it.
Relative to these other players his TS% is not horrible:

The current roster is the best Trae has had so far. Let's hope he can stay as healthy as possible and plays around 70 games. If so, 45 wins is reachable this season.

Over/Under 33.5 to 36.5 wins this season is what Sportsbooks have us at.

I was very happy and impressed with Trae on Tuesday. He played and behaved like a leader that is completely confident in his game and the game his team is going to play. I think that he is very happy with the result of the offseason moves and what Snyder is doing. He is showing patience and deferrance. He is completely enthoused by what his young teammates are doing. He is doing Trae stuff during the game but also showing a clear understanding of the need to be a team to truely succeed.

I think the Murray experiment helped him mature and understand what the Hawks need to do. The FO did a great job this offseason. Snyder is a great HC and our little super-star knows he has a team that he can grow with

Definitely feels like Quin and Landry kept Trae in the loop over the summer on what changes they were making and what they wanted him to work on.

Whether or not this all works out, it seems like the lines of communication have remained open and they're in a really good place

9.3 three point attempts per game at 33%
4.5 turnovers per game

You can't build around this and his career averages aren't impressive in these areas.

He needs to go!
