Oh, please. Hawks Draft Zach or trade back. If teams offer enough in return the Hawks trade and if not they'll draft #1.

If the Hawks are trading #1 for #4 plus....they can before the draft, since they technically would still own a pick in this draft. The Stepian would not apply.
Now if they are trading #1 for a player only, they cant.

I don't like Clingan in the top 5 but it depends what WASH would trade to move up. #2 and #26 would entice but if I really think that Sarr can reach his high ceiling I take him at #1. Everything in his game looks like a 7'2" modern big that will quickly develop into a quality two way player both inside and outside

If we take Risacher #1 or even top 2, I might actually blow my top. Risacher doesn't have the athletic profile nor the length to be a high impact player in the league. Everything about Risacher revolves around him shooting it at an elite level. If he doesn't do that, then you're likely not getting much value out of him on the court.
