Has a 60 win team ever gotten swept with an average margin of defeat in double digits?

LIVE BY THE J DIE BY THE J.

I suspect after season you'll see Millsap and Carroll way worse than you think injury wise. We are running 2nd tier scrubs at proven star players like lebron, KI, Jr smith etc.

Kent bazemore and Mike Scott (pero) ain't cutting it.

Can't way to post in the off season thread tomorrow

Bud is a great system coach and a mediocre in game coach.

They finally called Tristan Thompson for his pre shot shove that he uses to get position(and every great rebounder uses). I honestly dont understand why more guys don't do I. Reggie Evans, Kevin Love and Tristan Thompson seem to be the only guys that do it anymore.

Warriors in 5 (if no hustle plays ruin Curry's ankles).

BTW, I'm still waiting for someone to pop Delly. If the end of the half scuffle is anything to note, there may be some rough play in the second half. I am disappointed that the Hawks season has come down to a bunch of injured players (even moreso than Cleveland) running a shell of their once-beautiful offense.

Upgrading the bench is a must....not sure how much luck we'll have with luring in a big name guy, but there has to be some affordable guys out there to bring in for depth purposes. Our bench really got exposed in the playoffs.

Maybe, but with our guys being injured we've asked a lot of them. The ECF is too bright of a spotlight for Mack, Baze, Dennis, and Scott.

Without Thabo our bench lived and died by Dennis and he just wasn't ready. This is great experience for him though

I know this series was a huge disaster, but I still enjoyed the hell out of this season and am proud of the Hawks. Looking forward to the offseason.

Hopefully next season we feature a bench which consists of Dennis Schröder, Thabo, and Kyle Korver.

Absolutely. We are a shell of ourselves right now. We built our team in a way that everything had to go right for us to win: Injury free, everyone plays their role, great ball movement, great chemistry. The dominoes just didn't lineup.

Yeah we really need alpha players and some more talent in the starting lineup and off the bench.

Probably just need to move on from Sap. He's been a quality player for us, but it's just his time move on to somewhere else.

We are lacking a star, rim protector, and depth. Cavs/Warriors have all 3. We can definitely fix 2 of the 3 in the offseason.

Great season. I'll take this over getting beaten in 7 in the second round any day. Glad we got over that second round hump.

Ditto. Why didn't he play more? They certainly could've used his scoring off of the bench.

About the game: What a disappointment. I don't agree with Reggie Miller when he says that the Hawks didn't show any heart. They fought, but Cleveland was just better than them. I may be crazy, but I think that Thompson and Mozgov's rebounding was more important than Lebron's offense in this series; they just controlled the boards. I liked how Teague and Millsap played, they did everything they could to keep the Hawks in it.

And I'm surprised/disappointed that none of the Hawks' bigs set a hard screen on Delly, I was looking forward to it. I guess that I should be glad that he didn't do anything that could've hurt a player though.

It's been a fun season. Hopefully the Hawks can get an athletic center and some scoring off of the bench in the offseason.
