Who will pose the toughest individual match-up?

Salmons? Jennings? Delfino? Hopefully Jennings doesn't exploit our inability to stop penetrating PGs. Al and Smoove should hopefully get plenty of O-boards for 2nd chance buckets throughout.

Wouldn't be too woried about Jennings penetrating, he forgets it's an option for quarters at a time.

I think Salmons and Stackhouse will do the most damage points-wise, but because of who'll be checking him I think that Luke Ridnour has the potential to have the greatest impact.

I'm a little worried that Jennings could go off like Aaron Brooks did last year. It's not likely but it's still possible.

The thing with Jennings is he can shoot them out of games as quickly as he shoots them in at this point. I can see him carrying them in a game, but over the series he's still too green.

This series does have potential for making Jennings a star. if the bucks are going to win its becuase he torches Bibby and Crawford all series long.

I definitely think that Illyasova is going to be the X factor for the Bucks. If he can step in at PF and nail some 3's to drag Smith away from the basket it opens things up a ton for the rest of the Bucks offense.

I am not worried about Jennings. The only time he does damage is when he gets hot from 3. He isn't a threat taking it to the basket. Teague is a better finisher than Jennings.

Without Bogut the Hawks should roll. If they had Bogut I think it would have been a rough series.

I wish the Hawks could have played someone else in the playoffs first as Milwaukee will just cause us to be over confident going into the second round.(I say this even if Milwaukee had Bogut as we needed to beat a vet team the first round so this season isnt just a repeat of last season)

We really needed to play Boston first round as that would be the key in letting our guys know that its our time to shine.

I disagree.

I believe this team will be focused no matter what round it is and fully prepared to play 100% throughout the game. Last year we struggled due to injuries and lack of talent, but now our bench is much stronger with Jamal Crawford.

Milwaukee plays hard enough with or without Bogut to have our players' full attention. Milwaukee just doesn't match up well against our lineup and regardless of which players may cause us problems, we have more spots that vex them. I'm glad we didn't get Miami because of match ups and familiarity. Jermaine O'Neal plays great against us because he knows how to use his length advantage. Although Al is improving on the offensive end and may be able to exploit O'Neal's weaknesses (his mobility) against him now. We never had a chance to face Boston in round 1.

I believe it's a white out for all of the playoffs and the organization is giving out towels for game one.

A few minutes into the Cavs series and I'm thankful we didn't wind up as a 4 seed. If we are lucky enough to get to the LCS maybe Shaq will be worn out by then.

Hawks want to make lane less comfy for Jennings in Game 2

Joe Smith couldn't help being a bit stunned at how comfortable Milwaukee Bucks rookie point guard Brandon Jennings made himself at Philips Arena Saturday night.

For a veteran like Smith, who was already in the NBA when many of his Atlanta Hawks teammates and most of the Bucks were still formulating their hoop dreams, seeing a rookie glide through a defense without so much as slight bump off course was a shock to his old school sensibilities.

Smith doesn't need a Hot Tub Time Machine to remember the way things are supposed to be done in the playoffs. Those lanes that open up to the basket for small guards are supposed to be closed with a solid lick from a bigger player the closer said guard gets to the basket.

When it didn't happen in the Hawks' Game 1 win, when Jennings dazzled with a game-high 34 points, Smith knew exactly what message he had to relay to his teammates for Game 2.

"It doesn't have to be anything dirty and it's certainly not anything personal," the 15-year veteran said. "It's business. And in this business, a good, clean hard foul is part of the game, especially in the playoffs.

"Southern hospitality is one thing, but we don't need to go overboard with it against this cat. He's too good for that. We can't just let him have his way out there."

We gave up 42 points in the paint during game one, so I hope we put a stop to that during game 2.
