Little question: Is the "All white" a good idea ?

I know this can look like a stupid question, but just think about it ten seconds
I agree that seeing thousand of people with the same color than yours can motivate, but the last thing I would want if I was on the court (I know, I am not
) is seeing all around people in the same color than the four guys I want to pass the ball, or to receive it and make it easier for my teammates to see me, I don't think being in white, moving with a white wall behind me is the best idea...

I had some doubts since the first game, but watching the 4th quarter of OKC-LAL confirmed me that it was not the best idea.
Just look at that, OKC decided to not make an "all white" but an "all blue":

It seems to be a better idea (even if they lost it at 0.5s of the end)
Maybe it's not a very interesting question, but I want some answers
