Jordan Crawford will be a great scorer, you can tell by his videos. He has great range, and a nice shot. I'm excited about him, not so excited about giving that Center to the Thunder though....

Good pick. Should step into Crawford's bench scoring role after Jamal's contract expires. If he's ready to contribute like Marcus Thornton was last year then we might actually be able to use Jamal's expiring deal to help at another position at the trade deadline.

I think Jordan will be more than a bench player, I think he can step into a starting role eventually. Hopefully Teague has improved enough to start.

His numbers are very similar to Thornton's last year. There's just something about his playing style that rubs me the wrong way. I would have probably taken Whiteside or D.Jones but I think it was a solid pick.

Will probably take more heat checks than Jamal or Joe combined, but despite that I think he has potential. His body control and footwork is very, very good - I could see him as a SG version of Paul Pierce.

Jordan Crawford is very good at the college level.
This level, it is a toss-up. His height is his disadvantage. While he had the ball in his hands late in the game, and he succeeded numerous times, I think he has limitations that keep him from getting his own shot consistently.
I'm not bashing the pick, but if you are picking Crawford to help a 53 win team as opposed to getting post help, I think you made a mistake in this selection. Plus, you gave Orlando another big man to pawn to another team to get Chris Paul. I was truly hoping for James Anderson, but I think our needs are bigger than a rookie SG.
I think you could have had Crawford in the 2nd round. Now you guarantee him (after he cancelled on you for workouts) a contract, and no interior help is here.
I know we can't be done this offseason yet. I know we aren't a player for any free agent though.
Creativity will be understated going forward.

I don't think Crawford's height is a negative. He has a 8'5 standing reach. I do wonder about his unorthodox style and defense though. He reminds me of a smaller CD-R with more shooting range. Not a bad pick IMO but he wasn't my 1st choice at 24.
I also don't think team needs matter this late in the draft. The Hawks could definitely use some help in the post right now-but I don't think Orton is ready to provide that. Bad knees, insanely high foul rate, and only averaged 3 and 3.

Jordan is a straight up baller. It doesn't matter that he is 6'4 he can shoot lights out, Dwyane Wade is only 6'4 and he turned out alright. He will play shooting guard, not point guard. Every player has there weakness or doubters and his is his size.

Hes a chucker. If he can refine his shot selection and pack of some muscle he should be a fine player. I wish I could know what he will be like in 5 years but I just dont know. After the first 8-10 picks in the draft the rest is a crapshoot. Hopefully we struck gold.
Him and Crawford on the floor at the same time couild be a nightmare.
How is Jordan on defense?

Jamal is like a poor man's Wade or Roy, while Jordan reminds me of another Cuttino Mobley or Flip Murry.
the pair could work, Jordan's 3pt shooting could help out Jamal's penetrating and play making ability, but alot will depend on Jordan's defense. if he can adiquately guard PGs, at least better than Bibby, it could work as a backcourt duo.

I just think it will be worth the price to see these guys on the court at the same time, "THE CRAWFORD BROTHERS". Games so similar but so different at the same time. I'm in love with this combo.
