Bibby and Zaza for Mo Williams
Hope the Hawks make an offer. If the Hawks get Shaq, then we won't need Zaza. it saves the Cavs alittle bit of cap. Mo's talent and contract doesn't really help a team rebuild, especially with all the PGs in next year's draft. the Cavs and Gilbert also help the Hawks take on Lebron.

Excellent trade for the Hawks, but I don't see how this trade works for the Cavs. Unless Mo Williams demands a trade or become a locker room pollution, this idea isn't nothing but a figment of your imagination.

Re: Mo Williams
^ Mo is a good player, but has limited skill sets, he puts up big numbers, but doesn't fit in with alot of teams' system, and his contract only real make him appealing to upper level playoff teams. the only teams that i could think could use him and wouldn't mind his contract would be the Hawks, Blazers, Lakers (maybe the Knicks). Blazers might offer a young player, and Knicks might over Curry, but if Gilbert is really that pissed at Lebron, Hawks are the best choice. Cavs don't waste Mo's time and they can get rid of a bad contract and start rebuilding.

At first, I would agree that this trade looks good. Williams is no doubt in better shape than Bibby, hits 3s,...
but I found something that would make me hesitate :
Even if Mo was not the best fit for CLE, and Bibby would be one for ATL, how can you explain this difference on the impact:

Mo is in a better team than Bibby, and manage to get a -3.1 net On court/Off court difference, while playing for team that distoyed nearly all the league last season.
Bibby is second in the Hawks at +7.3 which match the impression that ATL was at his best with him on the floor, except some cases where he was clearly not matching enough the opponent PG (I would like to see next season if it's still a big problem, because if Drew teach a good team defense without switching all the time, Bibby can be more effective than he was).
You can't based your decision only on that, but I have to say I was surprised to see this low value for Mo.
