10-11: Better, worse or same team?

Hawks made some solid improvements in 09-10, but the same problems weve had before crept up.
Maturity is still an issue with our electric, enigmatic power forward.
Selfish play is still a problem with our "star."
Horf polished his jumper out to what, 17 ft? His back to the basket game is still very raw. Defense is improved but still gets abused by the big boys in the league.
Marvin is still Marvin. Has talent, but is maybe handcuffed by the offense he was in.
Jamal was the key to the season but is still a liability on defense.
Bibby is a corpse. Our bench is basically manure.
Mo is sketchy on offense, and wasnt reliable on defense.
Zaza still has the 2nd worst hands in the NBA, and still cant finish. Defense is still poor.
Joe Smith is, ugh, Joe Smith.
Teague is raw, raw, raw. He has major speed. His shot is garbage. His finishing ability is quite poor. His pace is erratic. Inability to run the offense effectively. Tons of potential on defense. Already an above average on ball defender.
Question is, can the same players that improved this year, continue to improve? Will the new offense make a difference? Will our size still be to big of a problem to overcome? Will the lack of star power outweigh any improvement they make?
We won 53 games this year. Teams in the East improved. Some improved a lot. The Bucks and the Heat are much better. Both of which finished behind us. The Cavs are done. Not sure what to make of the Magic. Just dont see a way that they can win a Chip with VC in crunch time and DW12 as the stud.
The roster still needs to be filled out, but that likely will not matter too much. Our starters carry this team. They log a stupid amount of minutes and it all depends on them and JC. Barring any major trades this is our team.
Just trying to gauge the thoughts on next years team.
