I think we all remember the Phoenix game last year. Mo and Marvin will be out.
Do I hear 7-0?

Go Hawks!

Favored to win: Atlanta by 6 points

Over/Under: 207.5

Even with the injuries we should win this game. We need to keep up with Phoenix's offense or keep them in check on defense.

Go Hawks!

7-0 here we come, interesting to see Childress back in Atlanta. Phoenix is always a intriguing matchup because of their uptempo style. Not as much as in the past but it's still their philosophy. Should be a little easier for Josh Smith having to deal with Hakim Warrick instead of Amare this time. :)

Our lack of depth might kill us against their second unit but if Jamal is clicking against them and Joe can get going with the starters I say we walk away with the W.

Phoenix keeps getting spurts. Gotta hang tight and make runs ourselves to get back into it.

Jeff you can't go under screens when you are covering Nash. Got to learn who can shoot and who can't young man.

Long day at the office, but I tuned in when Jamal tied the game up from the corner with about a minute left. We just need to put this game behind us and be prepared for Orlando.

They actually had a pretty nice comeback from about 17 down. The switching defense killed them in the 4th quarter though.

What do you know... They didn't play Detroit, Memphis, or Philly and they lost. The streak of padding their record against the worst teams is over for now. Now, they will suffer their 2nd loss in a row tomorrow night and Orlando SLAUGHTERS them again.

Nice of you to show up after a loss? Where were you for the first 6 wins? Oh that's right you only troll here when they lose.

Yep the switching defense hurt because it created mismatches of Horford on Nash and Bibby on Frye.

Eventually they were going to lose a close one, i'm more interested in seeing how they play Orlando coming off this tough loss. Will they fold at the 1st sign of trouble and lose by 25+ or play hard and tough all game??

By next tuesday the Hawks will be 9-3 or 10-2 if they lose. If they do the unthinkable and beat Orlando they will be 11-1 and the talk of the NBA.
