11/23: ATL @ NJ

Post#1 » by ATL DirtyBird » Wed Nov 24, 2010 12:19 am

Lets discuss the biggest joke of a basketball team. and.....GO!

Were down 9-0 to the Nets right now. Good to see our players give a shat.
Is it to much to ask for a team that plays hard and cares? Seems so.

Hawks looking as apathetic as ever. JJ looks as bad as Marvin at the moment.

Bc they detest each other or their coach????

I find it funny how badly that Russian owner messed up. He wants to sign a marquee FA and ends up with Outlaw, Farmar, and Morrow. Atleast Lopez and Favors should be good for a logn time.

It seems like the team has regressed. To many jump shots, nobody takes the ball to the rim.

Josh is taking it to the rim and getting no love from the refs.

Way to gut it out for OT.

No matter what happens in OT, Hawks should already have won. One-sided refereeing, yes, but they could have won if Jamal (who had a nice game at last) had hit thise freebies.

GO HAWKS!

The refereeing is really not that bad. Let's not make excuses.

Why don't we run a big lineup? It worked well for us while Marvin was out. I'd much rather have poor outside shooting than poor defense and rebounding.

Now if we could get Josh to go to the hole more often, because he finally seems to be getting the picture. Joe Johnson stop shooting fade-aways, and go to the hole! GEESH

A change has to be made. The CORE guys on this team have been together to long to play as bad as they do. Even if the Hawks had won tonight, they still need to make some changes. This sucks!

How come the refs were not that bad? Touch Lopez and you'll be charged. Hammer Smoove, n whistle at all. But they should have won regardless, so I'm not complaining. Just stating a fact. LOL Smoove got 1 (yeah, ONE) FT tonight.

NJ shot 33 FTs for our 13.

We should just tank the season and see if we can get a nice pick. Go get Brandon Knight, Enes Kanter or someone. Just wishful thinking on my part.
