Would you do this trade?

Presently, the Hawks are not playing hard and are not committed to winning. Joe Johnson is supposed to be the leader of this team, but he is not. The leader of this team has to be Al Horford, he needs to take control of this team. Also, this team needs a PG, C and better bench, but these players need to have a defensive mindset and a desire to compete and bring energy on the floor night in and night out. I propose a 4 team trade between (Atlanta, Detroit, Denver and Houston)...

The Hawks might need to add future 1st Rd pick to sweeten the deal with Houston but I would do in a Heartbeat. The Hawks would take a step back initially while all these players learn one another; but we have the potential to be a better team. We add center in Nene who can compete with Dwight Howard and Boston, a PG than can compete with Rondo and Jamer Nelson, Horford in his natural position PF, Tayshaun and Battier at the SF, perimiter defenders like Afflalo and Balkman G/SF, and a bruiser in Maxiell.
I really like Josh Smith and he is playing great, his value is at an all time high right know, but as we have seen against Orlando, Dallas and Boston this team can't or won't compete against the top teams in the NBA. I don't know if we can pull this off, but I believe somthing like this would energize the fan base, the city and national media to think and feel different about our beloved Hawks and the organization.
