i agree ut i am not sure that Wallace is so desirable in CHA right now and his production is down while Marvin might prove to still improve with a change of scenary. Just put a 2nd but to your point might have to do a 1st for a 2nd on this one as well or even simply give a 1st away.
CHA might be in rebuilding mode soon and i suspect that they would not do that around Wallace...

CHA may go into full scale rebuild mode, but I'd still think they could snag 2 1sts/prospects + an expiring for Wallace - that is better than what is offered here. A lot of teams could use a good to great perimeter defender who doesn't hurt you on the offensive end and the bidding would be high.
Maybe CHA would value Marvin more than a 1st, but I doubt it. SF's paid MLE $$ who disappear for long stretches aren't huge commodities.
