Teague, Zaza and ATL 1st and 2nd for D. Jordan and Foye and LAC 2nd (that LAC 2nd +the other ATL 2nd could be used to grab a late 1st)

ATL: getting a better defensive front court that makes-up for Biiby's poor D and allows to keep Bib and JJ on the floor together longer along with Jamaal and a combination of 2 defensive bigs.
Also stronger 2nd line-up with JC1 and marv off the bench...

Bibby- Foye- JC1
JJ- JC1- JC2
Smith- Marvin- Mo
Horford- Smith- Powell
Jordan- Collins- Horford- Thomas

After reading the last 2, my 1st inclination is to discard this one too, but I'll hold off...

LAC may be willing to value Teague as a future PG partner with Bledsoe and Zaza could be an interesting piece behind Griffin. Also, I don't think that LAC sees Foye as someone with a future on the team and the return for Jordan isn't too bad (Already mentioned Teague + Zaza but they also get a 15-20 place hike in the draft... if LAC actually has their 2nd, they've traded a lot away but I'm too lazy right now to look it up...). Alas, I don't think they make a move until Baron is off the books though... and possibly Kaman as well.
