A bit surprised he say goodbye to all his 2011-12 salary. Maybe the first time I see such a thing.
Wish him the best, but I just hope he won't put clutch shots against ATL in playoffs

I'm gonna laugh if he signs with the Heat. That team would implode with the dropoff in defense.
Hope he goes to the Lakers or Spurs.

I don't think Bibby would make the Heat's playoff rotation. Joe apparently doesn't mind guarding players like Jameer Nelson and Derrick Rose full time but I'd probably bet that Wade will.

Wow, I'm amazed he gave up that much money to get his freedom. I wish him the best. I'm torn on where I hope he lands. It would be easier to cheer for him out West, but it would be easier to exploit his defensive liability if he stays in the East.

I am very happy for Bibby. I have been a huge fan since the Sacramento days. I wish him the best wherever he goes... as long as it is not the Celtics. I wish we could bring him back... maybe even as an assistant coach when he retires.

Yes, 30days after he was traded.
But possible without paying Tax ? maybe, mainly because if we wait 30days, the remaining part of the season will be one month, and the prorated minimum salary would fit to stay just under the tax threshold.
