Guys, its a slow work day.... But I wonder if Clevland is in full rebuild mode. Is so, this guy reminds me a little of Noah and he runs the floor well. Very active motor and nice size. if we were a running team a front line of josh- Anderson - Al witha banner comimng off the bench would be nice. To bad we don't really have anyone to trade. Just a thoght.

Marvin, Future 1st pick for AV and a 2nd???? I really like that Justin Harper kid from Richmond and Nikola Mirotic. We could use that CLE 2nd on one of them. Both have the skills to start at the 3 from time to time and back up at 4. Harper is probably the more all around player, but Mirotic is far advanced on the offensive side. Both can shoot very well. Effective replacements for Marvin.
Even if Cleveland isn't in full rebuild(Which they pretty much are), AV is much older than their future core and is a piece that lots of contenders may try and pry away. Think about if Lebron tells the Heat to move Joel Anthony and Haslem somewhere, so they can get AV. Miami has nothing stopping them from winning it all. If we are in win-now mode, then future 1st picks won't do us no good. Might as well move them for some quality vets. We are pretty much an effective center away from being a legit contender. A Joakim Noah type player is well worth going after.

Why would it ever cost that much for Varejao? With the length of his contract, i would bet that this would be considered fair; Jeff Teague, possible late 1st (maybe not) and Zaza Pachuila for Varejao.
Cavs get a young PG and a big, Hawks get a talented flopper/hustle player.

Well I wanted an extra 2nd pick in this draft and If Cleveland takes Irving, then they have a glut at PG. I'm cool with that though if we can add a 2nd pick coming to us.
