I was hoping to catch this game on my phone but considering it took me 5 minutes to load this thread that doesn't look like its happening at this place that I'm working.

Anyway, Charlotte is usually a trap game for us so I'm expecting the yearly frustrating loss against them.

Well, it was ugly, but it was a much needed win. Improving in many aspects of the game is possibly going to be an uphill battle for this team.

After the games I review the box score and the free throws are probably one of the first thing. Al Horford went 5 for 5. Our guys need to put in more work in this area but it's possibly going to be difficult for them to find time with the brutal schedule.

Fts need improvement but yeah those Horford fts off those and 1s in the first half were terrific

If Hawks can make their fts tomorrow should be able to down the Bulls, JS played pretty good tonight still waiting for JJ to really turn it on

They need to win on the home court after yesterday but their legs are probably....

The last two days have been brutal.

I missed this game on purpose because I am depressed with this team. Can some truthteller tell me what was good and bad about this one

In a nutshell:

The bad is we let another lead slip in the latter part of the final quarter by not being strong with the ball and allowing too many shots at the basket in crunch time resulting in either buckets or FT's for the opposition. And also missing key FT's on our end again.

The good was we found a way to pull it out even with Joe still struggling to put it all together.Josh had a nice game, Horford was pretty solid for the most part and Marvin knocked down some big shots in the clutch.

So know one will talk about Horford's "potential" gamewinner? Goes off the dribble iirc. Alright.

======
What you missed Blogman was Smith had a decent height advantage and wasnt pushed off the block (as much) by DJ White as he was pushed by Bosh.

Smith had 23pts but only 3 FTA. Missed a grip of layups but still shot over 50%.

Next highest, Al Horford 42% shooting. 5 for 5 from FT though. :D
